About This Course

BALLB at SAAN is an integrated undergraduate program that combines the interdisciplinary study of arts and law. The five years programme, is meant to give students the study of law through the spectrum of arts. A BALLB degree usually opens doors in the legal profession, allowing one to work as SOCIAL ENGINEER. It lead to careers in corporate law, judicial services, legal consulting, and utilizing one’s comprehensive awareness of societal concerns in addition to one’s legal expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BALLB) program, candidates must meet the following criteria:


Educational Qualification:
Must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.


Minimum Marks:
Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the 12th standard.
OR
Candidates must have achieved a grade of “C” or equivalent.
OR
Candidates must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.

Entrance examination and/or interview as per university guidelines.

Admission Procedure

Application: Submit the online application form along with the required documents.
Entrance Exam: Appear for the university’s entrance examination.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
Admission Confirmation: Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter and must confirm their enrollment by paying the admission fee.

Question Pattern for Entrance Examination

  1. Mathematics: Basic statistics, arithmetic ability, Basic geometry, Basic algebra, and basic Trigonometry etc.
  2. Logical Capability and Reasoning: The questions in this section are intended to assess data interpretation, quantitative aptitude, including numerical ability, and logical reasoning.
  3. General Knowledge: Tests are designed to measure general awareness, scientific temperament, understanding and appreciation of everyday observational science, and current events.
  4. Knowledge and Understanding of English: Phonology and grammar, Unseen passage, understanding, interpreting, and drawing conclusions.
